Peter advises national and international clients on a wide range of cross-border matters with a focus on M&A, commercial contracts, corporate law, corporate succession, real estate law, as well as arbitration and civil and administrative proceedings. His many years of cross-disciplinary international experience and expertise as well as his ability to quickly familiarize himself with new areas of law and the client’s perspective enable him to provide creative and tailor-made solutions.

Peter has an active lifestyle and loves exercise. He likes to start his day with yoga / Five Tibetan Rites and relaxes with a long-distance run three times a week. He appreciates the playful character and competitiveness in racket sports, windsurfing, and skiing. Peter is passionate about music of all genres, good books, astrology, and related subjects as well as, last but not least, good food, with Italian cuisine taking pride of place in his palate and heart. He always drinks his espresso “ristretto” and with great pleasure.
